Jayla is a thrill to watch compete in not only basketball but track. The girl is an all-out athlete and when on the court she is all over the place, playing 110%, and disrupting offenses left and right. Watching DeCou play on the defensive side of the ball is thrilling; just when you think someone has a breakaway lay-up, here comes Jayla with the steal or block. The effort she leaves on the court goes unmatched by any of the other 9 players. Oftentimes, her coach tells the rest of the team to match Jayla's intensity, if they all play just 1/2 as hard as her, the other team will fold! Josie anticipates well, she is always around the ball, forces turnovers, deflects passes, makes the hustle play, and causes havoc for the opposing team.   Kamryn Nesheim (2028) |5'4 G| [program_tooltip program_id='747557' first='Team' last='Warwick'] 14U Nesheim/Clark-Willow Lake   WHY?   She is a bit undersized but is a tenacious on-the-ball defender! Kamryn is a very good rebounder. She uses her speed and quickness to get steals and loose balls to give [program_tooltip program_id='747557' first='Team' last='Warwick'] extra possessions. She consistently crashes the glass with reckless abandon. Karlie communicates everything and she plays harder than anyone. Her energy and effort seep into all of her teammates, she is a careless individual, and a serious playmaker.   Libby Kranz (2027) |5'10 F| [program_tooltip program_id='747557' first='Team' last='Warwick'] 14U Nesheim/Lennox   WHY?   Kranz is a tremendous defender! She is one of the best defenders that coach Nesheim has seen in girl's basketball in a long time. Libby is always in the right spot and completely understands the defensive rotations. Kranz does all the little things that help teams win, rebounding, loose balls, etc. et cetera. She makes everyone around her become a better player. She is an overly active defensive player who gets her hands on a ton of passes. Nealie gives up her body for the betterment of the team and she always helps her teammates off the court. Sanford is a versatile defender, she can guard bigger than her size. DAWG! Hadler is the best on-ball defender on her squad. Coach Entringer calls her a PITBULL. Oaklee can lock up the top offensive player on every team. She gives no excuses when things go badly for her.
