Oniyah Ledet (D5 Solid) long and athletic guard who scored both off the dribble as well as the short jumper. Her on-the-ball defense was tough and she played the passing lane
Quineysia Shaffer (D5 Solid) is an athletic guard who uses her athleticism on both ends starting with baseline to baseline pressure yet her first step is nice, and so is her body control when she attacks the basket to score
Aariyah Willis (D5 Solid) is also long and athletic with good timing to block shots as well as playing the passing lane. Her defense both in and outside the paint was strong, she rebounded, scored around the basket and off the dribble
Shannon Gilbert ( Houston Elite ) was yet another “long and athletic” player, did I mention that was the base? Well it is and she too showed good timing to block, alter, and (or) deflect shots yet seeing her handle the ball and go “coast to coast” to score after rebounding was nice
Delilah Tamez (SA Vipers) falls into that #sizedontmatter group I love to hashtag because she can play yet more importantly is her upside as she’s a 2028, heady, scored off the dribble, and made good decisions seeing the floor. Peep this, clutch is what she is as she knocked down a couple of free throws for the win
Allison Linton (RTX Hoops) is, you guessed it, long and athletic and she come from out of nowhere to play the passing lane several times. Her defense was solid, she also scored off the dribble and finished strongly after contact
Charlotte Corbett (Austin Fierce) where has the time gone as I hadn’t seen her in ages yet her creating her shot under pressure and nailing it was impressive but her court vision and ball-handling also stood out. She scored off the dribble, played solid defense, and was vocal on the court
