Here were some of the top freshman forwards I viewed
Taylor Morris Taylor Morris 6'3" | SF Mesa | 2028 AZ Mesa (Pictured)
A very tall and long wing forward. She will rattle in threes in rhythm off the catch. She takes unusually long strides like a baby giraffe and rebounds well in her area. She will close out and block shots with her size and long wingspan. She can fall away in the post with a nice touch plus is a good passer up the court.
Emma Bremer Emma Bremer 6'2" | C Valley Vista | 2028 AZ Valley Vista
A good strong based power forward/center who rebounds well. She moves well from end to end and will score on put backs, slips off the pick and roll game and brings and physical approach to the game early on as a freshman.
Amira Reynolds Amira Reynolds 5'10" | PF Basha | 2028 AZ Basha
A decent sized power forward who has a high motor to rebound. She will score with rip thrus in heavy traffic using her strong base. Her effort and motor translate immediately to go along with her length and toughness.
Tessa Rhude Tessa Rhude 6'3" | SF Notre Dame Prep | 2028 AZ Notre Dame Prep
A bigger wing forward who can defend and score. She will hit the catch three and pull-up off the dribble from mid-range. She rebounds well and blocks shots in her area. She was more and more aggressive as the weekend went on.
Peyton Jacobsen Peyton Jacobsen 6'0" | SF Highland | 2028 AZ Highland
A fluid wing who handles it well. She shows some toughness, a big IQ and skill. She smartly cuts off the ball and will quickly get downhill to the rim. She is most comfortable closest to the basket and rebounds well with two hands.
