[player_tooltip player_id='820519' first='Eleanor' last='Griffin'] of LSW High School is one of the biggest additions and stock-risers so far this Spring throughout the state of Nebraska. Griffin is a lefty Shooting Guard with height at 6'0, who can knock down a whole lot of shots from all over the perimeter. If the defense decides to overplay her shooting ability, she can also put the ball on the floor and get into the teeth of the defense for an easier bucket near the rim. Defensively, her height is a real factor for a lot of opponents. She is disciplined enough to stay down on pump fakes, making it a tough time for small prospects to shoot over her contested reach. All in all, Griffin has a big time future on the court at this point. That's been on full display this AAU season and I don't expect that to change as they compete for a National Championship on the Adidas Circuit.

[player_tooltip player_id='866709' first='Bryleigh' last='Robinette'] is a winner. Someone that comes out firing on all cylinders throughout a contest, no matter the level of competition that she is lacing up against. The past few years, Robinette has been someone that has put up big numbers in several positive statistical categories while playing the Varsity floor and helping her team to a lot of success. As long as she continues to produce at this high rate, I think she is going to continue to put up these eye opening numbers from all over the floor, in a bunch of different ways. This AAU season she is competing with United Sports Academy and putting together a respectable season as a whole moving into the month of July. Hopefully she can keep this momentum up and ride it into the school season at SSC before things are said and done. Something I'm sure she is looking forward to.

[player_tooltip player_id='502337' first='Kennedy' last='Russell'] is an intriguing prospects, that has put up some respectable numbers the past few high school seasons with her PLVS High School program. Russell is a Combo Guard, that is used in a couple of different ways. No matter which way she is used, she is usually competing and producing off of the basketball, showing that she doesn't need the ball in her hands all the time to make a difference. This is a factor that collegiate coaches love to look at. Can you produce without the ball. 95% of the game is played without the ball in a players hands so the better they can do that, the more systems and better they can ultimately do throughout their career. Russell is going to look to push the tempo this last month of AAU ball with her [program_tooltip program_id='712709' first='Nebraska' last='Attack'] team. If she keeps it up, she is going to be happy with how things finish up in the end.

We have briefly touched on [player_tooltip player_id='758839' first='Ella' last='Schluterbusch'] and her ability to create from the guard position but this is someone that everyone should pay close attention to this upcoming Winter high school season with her Bridgeport program. Schluterbusch was someone that chipped in last season as her team made a statement with their incredible season as a whole but this time around, she is going to have more of the workload reliant on her ability to create and facilitate. This squad is bringing back their star background of guards and they are only going to go as far as they can take them. If they can build on what they did a year ago, the sky is the limit for Schluterbusch and her group as a whole. Her nasty handling ability is going to have to be on full display this time around if they want to succeed and I can't wait to see what she puts together.
