My third season covering AAU has ended, and it's time to start recapping everything that went down. However, before we start doing that, we have to talk about the final live period in Chicago, so let's get started.

From talking to coaches, people have told me Davis did as much for herself this weekend as anyone else with Wisconsin Flight. Davis' athleticism helped Flight stay in games when they were playing at a level that was nowhere near their standard, and her motor jumped off the page in both Louisville and Chicago. I liked her the more I saw her over the past few weeks, and from the sounds of it, she turned some heads of coaches who went to watch her and her team play over the past few events.

What makes Urban productive isn't her scoring. It's her IQ, defense, and facilitation. She's one of the better guards in the state at orchestrating an offense and getting the most out of their four teammates on the offensive end of the floor. The Kimberly guard may never jump off the page with her physical tools, box score numbers, or any other counting stat, but she makes good things happen on the floor, so every coach who has her wants her on the floor. She could be a kid who continues to elevate in the class of 2026.

[player_tooltip player_id='749048' first='Ella' last='Sweeney']

Nobody from Wisconsin shot the ball better than [player_tooltip player_id='749048' first='Ella' last='Sweeney'] in Chicago. Every time she let the ball go, I felt there was a high likelihood that the ball would go into the basket. The Appleton native has always played the game in an aesthetically pleasing way because she makes everything look easy. However, I thought she did an excellent job finding her shots when the defense began keying in on her. She moved well away from the ball and proved that she didn't need much room to get her shot off, which will be helpful for her at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='448288' first='Emily' last='Jensen']

I thought Jensen played well each time I saw her play at McCormick Place. She made shots when open looks came her way and made sure she made herself known when her defender went to help in the paint. Jensen also did a solid job moving passing windows to make life easier for her guards who get into the paint. Something like that is small and not something most people will care about, but she created an open look for herself that she otherwise wouldn't have had and made that three, so she got three points out of that particular instance to boot.
