We are down to the final four with the Division 4 state semi-finals starting tonight. Once again, I will be pointing out one player, from each team, that will be key to their team's chances of taking home the gold ball on Saturday.

[player_tooltip player_id='1229361' first='Madi' last='Davel']-Neillsville

Neillsville, 27-1 on the season, gained a measure of revenge knocking off Regis, the only team they lost to in the regular season, 40-23 in the Sectional semi-final. Winning their tournament games, by about 19 points per game, the Warriors are led by Eastern Cloverbelt Player of the Year [player_tooltip player_id='1229361' first='Madi' last='Davel']. The junior is averaging 18 ppg, 4.6 rpg, 2.3 apg, 4.6 spg while shooting 75.5% from the free-throw line. Her fingerprints will be all over this game tonight and she helps make Neillsville the betting favorite in Division 4.

[player_tooltip player_id='992499' first='Josie' last='Christian']-Lomira

Christian, a 5-7 sophomore, seems built for the spotlight. She put up 37 in the Regional final and 31 in the Sectional final as the 22-6 Lions enter tonight's tournament as the #4 seed. Christian's play will be pivotal in Lomira's chances to pull the upset. For the season she is averaging 26.3 ppg, 7.2 rpg, 3.6 apg, 5.1 spg while shooting 36% from three and 81.3% from the stripe.

[player_tooltip player_id='751240' first='Autumn' last='Crowe']-Saint Mary Catholic

Saint Mary Catholic, 25-3 on the season, rolls into the tournament battle-tested having survived the Regional final, 47-44 over Bonduel, and the Sectional final, 58-56 over Kewaunee. The player that sticks out to me, as key for the Zephyrs tonight (and Saturday), is 5-10 junior [player_tooltip player_id='751240' first='Autumn' last='Crowe']. Averaging 22 ppg, 8.8 rpg, 2.8 apg, 5.5 spg, and 1 bpg, she will look to take over this game against Albany/Monticello.

[player_tooltip player_id='1092830' first='Heidi' last='Olson']-Albany/Monticello

[player_tooltip player_id='1092830' first='Heidi' last='Olson'], a 5-7 sophomore has the 26-2 Space Stallions two wins away from their second gold ball in the last three years. Averaging 16.3 ppg, 2.5 rpg, 2.0 apg, 2.1 spg while shooting 40% from three, Olson's Albany/Monticello squad looks like a real threat to make it to Saturday's final.
