Run 4 Roses Standout SWMO Forwards/Posts

Prep Girls Hoops Missouri takes a look at some of the top forwards and post players from the Southwest Missouri area that we had the opportunity to watch during the first session of the Run 4 Roses in Louisville, KY.   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2024/04/IMG_1622.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-892624" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='831254' first='Hadley' last='Meyer'] ([program_tooltip program_id='713416' first='Missouri' last='Select']): The 5'11" 2025 forward is headed to [program_tooltip program_id='715781' first='Link' last='Academy'] for her senior year after three strong years at Thayer. She is a matchup problem for defenders with her strong low-post game and 3-point shooting skills on the perimeter. She gets good seals in the post to catch and finish in either direction. She is also ideal to hit perimeter shots on the pick and pop. She has a good combination of power and finesse.     ******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2024/07/IMG_6016.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-946999" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='865999' first='Abbey' last='Green'] (SWMO Storm 17U): A 5'11" 2025 forward from Class 3 state champion Fair Grove who is a very solid inside player. She is an active rebounder who was getting out of her area to chase down boards. She can also catch the ball at the high post and rip through to make a strong drive to the basket.     ******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2024/07/IMG_5811.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-947003" /></figure>   Addison Knoeck ([program_tooltip program_id='716233' first='Standout' last='Prep']): A 5'10" 2026 forward from Camdenton who is a solid and versatile post player who knows how to play. She can finish in the paint on a variety of post moves. She seals well on the high-low set. She can also pass the ball well out of the post to open shooters. She can also step out and shoot it from the perimeter.     *******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2024/07/IMG_5815.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-947004" /></figure>   Alley Hock ([program_tooltip program_id='716233' first='Standout' last='Prep']): A 5'9" 2025 forward from xx who has a versatile skill set as she can play inside or on the perimeter. She is a good secondary ball handler who can also pull up and hit the mid-range jumper off the dribble.     ******     <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2024/07/IMG_5943.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-947012" /></figure>   [player_tooltip player_id='874631' first='Sadie' last='Loehr'] (SWMO Storm 16U): A 5'8" 2027 forward from Walnut Grove who scored on some nifty moves around the basket in the game I watched her. She dribbled into a post up move and scored on a nice up and under move in the lane. She also had a Euro-step through traffic to get a bucket in transition. She can also catch the ball from the high post and make a strong rip-through move to the basket.     ******   <figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img src="https://prepgirlshoops.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2024/07/IMG_5816.jpeg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-947007" /></figure>   Camdyn Hart ([program_tooltip program_id='716233' first='Standout' last='Prep']): A 5'9" small forward from Class 3 state champion Fair Grove who is pretty solid anywhere on the court. She is strong and tough enough to handle herself in the post against taller players inside. She can also handle the ball and make an open shot from the perimeter.
