Prep Girls Hoops Missouri takes a look at a very good EWA-Della Gold 17U team that features many talented players from the Kansas City area. After watching a few of their games on tape, here are some observations on their individual players.

[player_tooltip player_id='515445' first='LaNicia' last='Parker']: A 5'10" 2025 wing player from Park Hill South who has excellent athleticism and who plays with a tremendous amount of energy. She is an excellent slashing threat on offense who can slice into the lane to score in traffic at a variety of angles. She is an excellent offensive rebounder who gets putbacks on a regular basis. She is also disruptive on the defensive end with her activity and ability to guard multiple positions. She is always in the middle of the action.

******

[player_tooltip player_id='296935' first='Avery' last='Rausch']: A 5'11" 2025 wing player who recently gave a commitment to Truman State University. She is an excellent all-purpose player who helps her team in a variety of ways with her versatility. She can take the ball and run the point as a facilitator. She's an excellent passer on the break and in the half court offense. She finishes inside and she can also knock down open 3-pointers. She makes everyone around her better.

******

[player_tooltip player_id='309416' first='Lailah' last='Hatcher']: A 5'8" 2026 point guard from [program_tooltip program_id='715781' first='Link' last='Academy'] who is a potent offensive player who can create her own shot from anywhere on the court. She is a fun player to watch as she can break down defenders with her slick handles and get to her spots on the floor. She has good 3-point shooting range and her mid-range game is also on point. She can also thread the needle with a nice dime through traffic.

******

[player_tooltip player_id='302734' first='Anaya' last='Guess']: A 5'7" 2025 point guard from Park Hill who displayed the ability to run an offense with patience while also being able to score when she has to with her offensive skills. She is shifty with the ball and she is capable of changing speeds and going at her own pace, which I like. She also displayed some quick hands on defense as she could provide some good on-ball pressure while moving her feet well and staying in solid guarding position.

******

[player_tooltip player_id='947036' first='Jada' last='Smith']: A 6'0" 2025 forward from Grandview who is a very skilled player who can operate on the wing. She has solid handles and she can shoot it off the catch from 3-point range. She is also an asset on the defensive end with her height and length as a switchable defender.

******

[player_tooltip player_id='983019' first='Carisa' last='Germain']: A 6'1" 2025 forward from University Academy who was a very nice passer from the high post area. She could catch and turn and hit the shooter on the opposite wing with a pinpoint pass. She is also a very good and willing screener. She is mobile and she runs the court very well and she had some good finishes on rim-runs.

******

[player_tooltip player_id='302751' first='Charlie' last='Windmann']: A 5'10" 2026 guard from Pembroke Hill who did a good job playing up with the 17U team. She is an impressive 3-point shooter who was knocking down shots in the transition game. She brings good size to the wing position along with her ball handling and playmaking skills.

******

[player_tooltip player_id='740371' first='Miah' last='Crockett']: I always like watching this 5'6" 2026 guard play because she plays hard and she does a lot of positive things that always don't show up in the box score. She is going to play good defense and she will always play with a lot of energy, which rubs off on her teammates. She is a very good team-first player.
