<p>A pair of standout players from Mid-Missouri power Columbia Rock Bridge have given their collegiate commitments this weekend on the same day.</p>

<p>Both Lady Bruins standouts are headed to NCAA Division I schools in the Southern region.</p>

<p>Class of 2025 forward [player_tooltip player_id='302783' first='Mari' last='Miller'] has given a commitment to UAB while 2025 guard [player_tooltip player_id='302782' first='Elli' last='Porter'] has given a commitment to Wofford. Both players made their announcements on their social media accounts on Saturday. In addition to being top players for Rock Bridge's Class 6 Final Four team last season, both were also key players for the [program_tooltip program_id='712694' first='Missouri' last='Phenom'] EYBL team during the summer grassroots season.</p>

<p>The 5'11" Miller is No. 3 in the current Prep Girls Hoops Missouri Class of 2024 rankings. She has been a key player for Rock Bridge since she entered the program as a freshman. She has been a starter on the Lady Bruins Class 6 Final Four teams in 2023 and 2024. She is an excellent offensive player who also hits big shots when it really matters. It was Miller's last-second jumper that gave Rock Bridge a two-point victory in the Class 6 state quarterfinals last season.</p>

<p>The 5'8" Porter is one of the top shooting guards in the state. She is currently No. 7 in the Prep Girls Hoops Class of 2024 rankings. She had a prime-time shooting performance last summer when she hit six 3-pointers for the [program_tooltip program_id='712694' first='Missouri' last='Phenom'] 16U at the Nike EYBL Championship game that was nationally televised.</p>
