With school back in full swing, Fall sports already beginning, and open gyms right around the corner, time is moving fast for the 2025 class, especially for those uncommitted. However, there is still plenty of time to make an impression, and we want to do our part by highlighting some of those prospects. Below are a handful of 2025 prospects who currently find themselves on our watch list, and who remain uncommitted, as far as we are aware. All of these ladies have last names that begin with A through M.

Kayla is on a talented Royals team, and she plays a position where there are several talented individuals. However, she was very good throughout the Spring & Summer, taking care of the basketball and managing her grassroots team's offense smoothly. She has a solid handle, she's more so quick than fast, but she is shifty, and she has nice touch from the perimeter with some range. She plays with a nice motor and could be a "glue" type of kid for a small college program. I like her skillset and her big school experience.

Hylton is extremely tough-nosed, physical, but also skillful on the wing. She can play a point forward role, she can knock down open rhythm jumpers, plus she can play in the mid-post, shoot, attack, rebound, and defend. She is a really nice, versatile, Swiss Army Knife for Lanesville, and she has been a key to their success during her three seasons so far. She strikes me as a small college "plug and play" kid who can enter most lineups and figure out a way to contribute. Look for her to help the Eagles, now in Class 2A, this year.

Katrina has dealt with the unfortunate circumstances of being injured throughout her high school career. When she was entering high school, she was one of the better prospects in 2025. She is long, she has an athletically strong frame, and she has shown bounce, plus some speed, when healthy. If she can return and give them key minutes as a solid defender/rebounder, it will definitely help. As a prospect, though, I think Katrina still has a lot to offer a small college program, and who knows, she could be a nice "sleeper"/"steal" for someone.

Ma'Kaela is a nice, strong, compact, but athletic combo guard who can contribute in a variety of ways. She has speed & quickness, especially when she's able to get out in transition. She is looking to shoot or score on each catch, and she can turn a corner and get downhill in a hurry. Additionally, she is so strong, she absorbs contact well. At the same time, she does have some creativity to her game, and she can find open teammates in positions to score. Defensively, she does a nice job of turning the ball when engaged.

Sydnee isn't a grassroots participant, but she is a really nice basketball player, and she can contribute at the small college level. She has broad shoulders, solid strength, plus she has touch and a quick release from the perimeter. She can attack the basket North/South, and she absorbs contact fairly well, but she could be a little more dynamic off the bounce. Defensively, she can take on bigger guards, wings, and even the occasional undersized forward. She will rebound, and she has no problem playing inside of 20-feet.

I can recall seeing Emma back between 8th and 9th grade, and she has always been a complete ball of energy. She is long and wiry, end to end fast, and she has a tremendous motor. She doesn't mind contact, isn't afraid of any matchup, and almost welcomes challenges. She has some touch from the perimeter, but I've always liked her aggressiveness as a slasher. If she can continue to learn how to change speeds, I think it will definitely benefit her. Defensively, she is always involved, and she does a nice job whether she's on or off the ball.
