We're still taking some deep cuts and highlighting players I don't talk about as much as I could. Without any extra filler, let's get into it.

A team that has a plethora of talented guards needs a player like Langer to balance them out, and that's what she did for Edgerton a season ago. The 5'11 forward is an athletic kid who can use her length to defend players around the basket but can also use her athleticism to make recovery plays and defend on the perimeter if needed. She may play a different sport at the next level, but small schools use a player like her. Her defensive ability alone is next-level worthy.

[player_tooltip player_id='878417' first='Olivia' last='Lavigne Wojtyra']

The St. Thomas More forward does an excellent job of using her size to gain possession around the basket. She gives her guards as large a target as possible to get the ball to her and works hard to do her work early. I like her motor as a post player, and the Cavalier needs that to help her out-produce taller post players. The passion on the floor is there, and if she keeps going the way she has been, she'll be someone that small schools in the region will have some interest in.

[player_tooltip player_id='530699' first='Kailynn' last='Stockman']

After missing her sophomore season, Stockman showed signs of finding her rhythm again. Her shot looks solid, and it was with low volume this season, which is fine because everybody who goes through significant injuries takes about a year after playing again to get back to where they were. For Stockman, her IQ and ability to shoot makes me believe she could find a role to play next season at Milton, where they could surprise some teams in the Badger with the kids they have coming back into the fold in 2024-25.

[player_tooltip player_id='338954' first='Mariah' last='Hollweck']

The West Allis Hale wing is a kid in a position where it's easy to find reasons to take shortcuts. For better or worse, Hale isn't in a position to compete at the top of the Greater Metro Conference and hasn't been since Hollweck arrived. However, her motor and energy she brings stand out on the defensive end of the floor. I think her motor is admirable. There are plenty of areas for improvement, but her mindset is in the right place. I'm unsure where her ceiling is, but I love watching kids, even on film, show some energy even when they're fighting an uphill battle.
