Hidden Gems from September

The players who are willing to sacrifice their bodies to dive on the floor for a loose ball or the ones who leap in the stands to save a ball and create extra possessions. I had the opportunity to watch her at the Expo and she is a player that never gets tired. One of the best rebounding guards I have seen in a while and is always around the basketball. I know I have said that before, but she changes the dynamics of the game. Her ability to rebound and score through contact is one of her biggest attributes. A player not afraid to play defense and attack downhill. She had an injury last season but has battled back to compete in some showcases this past month. Her ability to get to the basket and score at will is what makes her stand out. She also uses her length to create turnovers. A player not afraid to attack you on offense and defense. Her ability to score at all 3 levels is what gets her noticed. Not afraid to put her head down and attack the rim. A player the knows how to manage the game and if given the green light can score at will. I call her the rim protector as she makes it difficult to score over her. A player that can elevate and score over you in the paint. Great rebounder and knows how to finish at the rim.
