More Fall Ball: Juniors, Are You Ready?

Various mid September Fall Ball events, gave me a chance to get an updated look at these vital pieces for their respected teams. Once securing offensive boards, Billiot-Jones keeps the ball high to go back up. She is extremely aggressive but still plays with great body control. Comeaux is around 6'2 and solid. Because of her size, she receives multiple defenders but she's strong enough to hold them off and finish with a drop step. More impressive than her speed, is her attitude. Because of her speed, Cooks receives constant contact. But whether a foul is called, or there is no foul and everybody in the gym is verbally assaulting officials for their lack of whistle blowing, Cooks is cool calm and collected. She makes excellent passes from the trailer position. She runs the floor well. Williams also proves to be a smart decision maker on 2 on 1 situations, as she either caused a turnover or made the defense take a shot from outside even though that had numbers. She makes confident moves to the basket on the low block, and is very patient with the up and under move.
