Last night, I attended the first night of the Premier Fall League in Stoughton. I haven't driven out to the event in a few years, but talented kids in the Madison area turn out each year for their Fall League. Today, we'll highlight a few kids that stood out last night.

[player_tooltip player_id='401056' first='Ella' last='Hamacher']

The Stoughton native was among the most versatile wings at SEA last night. She showed her ability to knock down perimeter jumpers, handled the ball in traffic, and passed the ball well. Hamacher is a left-hand dominant driver and did an excellent job getting to her left hand off the dribble. She was a physical kid when she got downhill and finished in traffic when I saw her team play.

[player_tooltip player_id='849280' first='Alana' last='Eubanks']

The younger sister of [player_tooltip player_id='509691' first='Arrianna' last='Eubanks'], Alana has all the physical tools to be an all-defensive team type of player. She's got the size at 6'0 and is an athletic kid. Her length forced kids attacking the rim to reverse out of the paint or altered shots around the basket. Eubanks also showed an ability to handle the ball and push the tempo in transition. There is room for her to develop her skillset on the offensive end of the floor, but her physical tools are legit. I was impressed by her last night.

[player_tooltip player_id='595865' first='Molly' last='Olson']

A reigning D5 state champion at Albany/Monticello, Olson played the same way at the State Tournament as she has everywhere I've seen her play. Olson is an undersized guard, but she's as tough as anyone. She doesn't mind guarding posts or wings and routinely got stops against kids substantially taller than her. Her ability to get stops against different types of players gives her a unique versatility among players her size. I thought she looked more physical than she had in the past, and anyone who tried to attack her on the offensive end struggled with her around them.

[player_tooltip player_id='767277' first='Olivia' last='Neis']

[player_tooltip player_id='767277' first='Olivia' last='Neis'] has been one of my favorite players to watch in the Madison area over the past few years. Her defensive ability has been critical to the success of Oregon the last few seasons, and she was one of the more active defenders in Stoughton. However, her ability to connect an offense and move the ball with a purpose allows her teammates to thrive on any team she plays for. Neis is the type of player that coaches love to have in their program.
