Playing for Umpqua Valley Christian, [player_tooltip player_id='998797' first='Meagan' last='Hellenthal'] quickly made a name for herself as one of the most talented power forwards in the class of 2027. Nominated for SBLive's Girls Basketball Athlete of the Week in back to back weeks for her 25 points against Glendale and her 26 points at Yoncalla, these were typical performances for her Hellenthal, not to mention her dominance on the glass.

Another stud added to the rankings, [player_tooltip player_id='998798' first='Sahara' last='Kramer'] is a player who just knows how to put the ball in the basket. The 5'5 shooting guard dominated in 2A, scoring 39 points in the win over Pacific and 28 points in a huge 48-46 home win over Oakland. Again, these are routine numbers for Kramer and on a Reedsport squad that had 8 freshmen last season, the future looks very bright for Kramer and the Brave.

Coming from basketball pedigree, 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='998811' first='Mylee' last='Lawrence'] is the daughter of Jefferson head coach Andre Lawrence and plays alongside her two talented sisters: 2025 [player_tooltip player_id='502343' first='Abrianna' last='Lawrence'] and 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='837901' first='Makenzee' last='Lawrence']. Mylee combines size and strength with an incredible ability to move, resulting in her being an excellent defender in the paint, shot blocker, and rebounder. Lawrence has so much potential to continue to impress, and on a Jefferson team with a high chance of winning a state title, she will be one to keep on your radar.

Summit had an incredibly talented roster last year, especially filled with young talent like [player_tooltip player_id='998810' first='Piper' last='Richwine']. The point guard is lightning quick and athletic, making her one who loves to push the tempo of the game. She is also an excellent finisher around the rim in transition. Add to that her ability to knock it down from beyond the arc as well as lock up opposing players and you have quite the promising 2027 prospect.

[player_tooltip player_id='998812' first='Piper' last='Beall'] was one of only a few freshmen on a West Linn team that shocked and impressed quite a few people last season. The shooting guard has a beautiful outside shot and an intensity on defense that will earn her a lot more minutes moving forward. Beall also has impressive court vision and awareness that show flashes of point guard potential as well. She and West Linn will be major threats in the state this year.
