Senior Sensations: Feisty Guards

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><br>High schools across North Carolina are officially back in session which means basketball season is right around the corner.  There are plenty of seniors looking to make their last season their best season, so let's take a look at some of the 2025 feisty guards that I'm excited to follow this season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block off a stellar season with Charlotte Catholic helping lead her team to the state championship game.  She is a guard that can do it all for her team whether she is bringing the ball up the court, knocking down her shot from deep, or battling inside for rebounds.  She's aggressive on defense being able to anticipate her opponents' next moves to grab the steal.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- who doesn't stop moving when she's on the court.  She plays tight defense and can pick the pocket of her opponents easily being ready to meet them at half court.  She does a nice job moving on offense getting open, and she can make her own plays off the dribble.  She drives hard to the basket scoring at the rim, and she finds her open teammates making the nice dish.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- rightfully been getting the attention of college coaches this summer, and she is sure to put in the work to play at the next level.  She's a player who always seems to be thinking a step ahead of her opponents as she creates some space to get a nice pass to her teammates.  She can attack the rim herself scoring with hands all around her.  She gets her own hands in the way when she plays defense even showing a quick close out to be able to block shots from all over the court.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block reached the 1000 point milestone, and she is sure to continue the scoring streak making plays for herself all over the court.  She has an arsenal of moves that she can use to create some space, and sometimes it seems like she even welcomes defenders to try to match up against her.  Her change of speed moves especially are dangerous as she blows by her opponents.  She can knock it down from deep,
