Her game has steadily been improving, especially on the defensive side of the ball. She can defend multiple positions on the court, having the quickness to defend guards and the strength to defend post players in the paint too. She gets her buckets smoothly from all 3 levels and gets her teammates involved too. Parcher is a 6'0/1" point guard who can score the ball very well. She gets down-hill easily, using her size against smaller defenders and her speed against taller defenders to blow by them. She had a PHENOMENAL summer for Greyhounds, dominating week in and week out against high level competition throughout the entire state. She can play inside or out, having impressive athleticism and ability to go through contact. Her jumper is smooth and she sinks shots often from all over the court. She fights hard for rebounds and always has her hands in the passing lanes, causing turnovers. Howard scores the ball well as she can sink the three mid-range shots with no problem, even if a defender is on her closely.
