Olivia is a fantastic 2-way sophomore talent. Swampscott's young star gets after it on both ends of the floor. Offensively, Olivia is an attacker off the dribble that finishes with solid 2-foot finishes, crafty euro steps and other shifty moves. Quagrello has a dependable shot that makes her a great option to kick out to for dribble penetrators. As a defender Olivia shows tremendous resilience. She fights through screens, gets tangled up for jump balls and shoots the gaps in the passing lanes without hesitation. The 2027 combo guard is a brilliant talent that will be a name to know.

The '26 superstar has just moved up some spots on the national ranking and it should be noted that Ayo still has a ton of potential left to grow. The physical attributes don't come around regularly and that alone can carry her to great heights, but when combined with the soft finishing ability she has, Fope becomes an extraordinarily distinctive talent. The defensive capabilities make it hard for any opposing player to get comfortable in the paint. Ayo is a foundational piece that deters more shots than can be counted in a game. There are a ton of schools reaching out to Fope currently. She recently took her unofficial visit to Harvard. The atypical star is slated for a major season with Austin Prep.

Jhene is one of the most intriguing players in the entire '28 class. Her skillset is extremely unique and there's nobody that even remotely plays similar. Fortunat is a big that has guard-like skills. The shot is there already from her select spots, but she is steadily improving. She's trusted to take the ball coast-to-coast after securing the rebound herself. There aren't too many players her size that have the footspeed Jhene has. The agile movements help her defensively as well. Jhene is a shot-swatter in the paint, but can also slide her feet to keep up with perimeter players for some possessions. Overall, Fortunat is a special talent to look out for.

[player_tooltip player_id='302487' first='Kat' last='Cheesebro'] (2025) | 5'8 CG | Dartmouth

Kat brings exceptional 2-way play with an additional competitive edge that can be relied upon to get her teams over the hump or out of sticky situations. The level of production Cheesebro provides is unprecedented. She is highly functioning within halfcourt sets or in transition. Kat has this incredible burst of speed that can deceive any defender. She blasts by players guarding her without giving them a second to think about how to respond. Kat is comfortable turning her back in the painted areas as she will use the technique to carve out better angles for herself. The senior guard is notable screen user, but just as lethal in isolation possessions. The shooting she provides is unrivaled no matter where she's at on the floor. The 3-level scorer is such a dynamic talent and should be in for a big season for Dartmouth.

[player_tooltip player_id='967279' first='Gyselle' last='Mairs'] (2027) | 5'6 PG | Portsmouth

Currently ranked the #2-point guard in the region, Mairs is a tremendous talent that possesses unbelievable ball manipulation skills and uses misdirection dribbles to get pretty much anywhere she wants on the floor. The handle simply can't be spoken about enough. Gyselle has the capacity to score from 3 levels efficiently and when she isn't overwhelming defenders with the scoring techniques, she is using the threat of scoring to open up opportunities for teammates. The playmaking skills are just as impressive. She allows her speed to help facilitate the pace of the game and keeps constant pressure on the defense. On the other side of the ball, Gyselle uses her quick first step to react on the flight of the ball. She is constantly looking for ways to make plays on the ball to get out in transition. Mairs is scheduled for a big season this year. Keep an eye out for the '27 star.
