Granger 0-10 (2-19).<br><br><strong>2024-25 Picks</strong><br><strong><br>1. West Jordan</strong>— This team will be a team that will rely a lot of [player_tooltip player_id='789142' first='Giselle' last='Muffett'] who is the front runner for Region MVP. Muffet has the size and the skill and do not be surprised if she commits here shortly. She was probably the best player in the region last year as well. She will have some help with [player_tooltip player_id='796485' first='Tofi' last='De La Cerna'] as she makes her way there from East. Look fo ra lot of new names to emerge from this team that did not play a lot last season. [player_tooltip player_id='843962' first='Francine' last='McIntyre'] could be one of them. Cyprus </strong>— A few players come back but none better than [player_tooltip player_id='796469' first='Veanna' last='Pau'u'] who will hold it down in the paint. She has a soft touch and she is tough to stop especially with elite post positions. [player_tooltip player_id='973268' first='Chloe' last='Sharp'] is a player that could easily step her game up and get to double-digits in points scored. They will ave a few new names as well but this team is solid. [player_tooltip player_id='979285' first='Gabriella' last='Morfin'] and [player_tooltip player_id='979282' first='Jessica' last='Aguirre'] should step up. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><br><strong>3. Hunter </strong>— [player_tooltip player_id='825055' first='Grace' last='Gallagher'] might be on the list of hidden talents in the region. Look for her to average double-digits in points and rebounds. She could easily rack up 5 blocks a game as well. She is not as skinny as last season so look for her to be stronger inside as well. Not too many players in the region that could hold her down. [player_tooltip player_id='796890' first='Destini' last='Perez'] has a chance to shine this year and make a big impact. [player_tooltip player_id='979298' first='Mamakoula' last='Tuitupou Kutu'] provides size for Hunter. Kearns</strong>—Kearns will need to get a lot out of Mina Kinikini she is young but will need to grow up quickly. Lili Tellez is a new name you will hear from this season. Taylorsville</strong>— T-Ville will have a new look and a new coach as well. They did lose a lot of player and we are not completely sure who is coming back. T-ville could steal a game or two. <br><br><strong>5. Granger—</strong> Granger is looking to have a better season than they did last year and they have a new player that could help them do that and this is [player_tooltip player_id='839444' first='Hoku' last='Pili']. Pili has size and she is mobile. With a lot of strength and finishing around the rim is something easy that she could do.
