Team Preview: White Cloud

Their team is very young and added three freshmen who look to be a big part of their team this year. She can light it up from deep and take it to the rim. She has great passing skills and can find the open person. On defense she is very quick and has a knack for stealing the ball from opposing teams.  Her work ethic is unmatched and is always in the gym working on her game. She is going to be on opposing teams scouting reports every week until she graduates." - Coach Wilk <br></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Courtney Coon</strong> (Fr) "is very good at putting the ball in the hoop from close range. She uses her athletic ability very well on the offensive end elevating over defenders to make tough shots. On the defensive end she is quick for her size and is great at chasing down the ball. She is also very good at getting back on defense to stop any potential fast break opportunities." - Coach Wilk</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>&nbsp;<strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1241076' first='Addyson' last='Cook']</strong> (Fr)&nbsp; "Addyson is a strong guard with good size who can also play the forward position. She can handle the ball and she rebounds very well." - Coach Wilk</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Coaches Quote/Goals:</strong> We have a lot of development to do with our young team, but our JV team played pretty well last year and we are acquiring four Juniors from that group to add to our three Seniors.&nbsp; With the leadership from our upperclassman and the addition of these three freshmen we should put together a pretty fun season.&nbsp; One of our biggest goals this season is to start pushing the front runners in our conference and let them know that White Cloud is going to bring it.&nbsp;<br><br></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:image --> <figure class="wp-block-image"><img src="https://ssl.gstatic.com/ui/v1/icons/mail/images/cleardot.gif" alt="" /></figure> <!-- /wp:image -->
