Over the next 12 minutes — which includes overtime — the Wildcats outscored the Jaguars 25-17.

Three Wildcat players reached double-figures highlighted by [player_tooltip player_id='1218211' first='Amanda' last='De La Rosa']'s game-high 19 points. The senior guard finished with four three-pointers made and was the one to spark the comeback. At the midway point of the fourth quarter, Clovis trailed 47-42. That is when De La Rosa went on a personal 9-1 run, hitting three consecutive three-pointers on back-to-back-to-back possessions. Taking advantage of weak closeouts, De La Rosa was rising up immediately after the catch.

[player_tooltip player_id='839427' first='Gianna' last='Cordova'] tallied 18 points, scoring the ball at all three-levels. The sophomore guard was able to score off the dribble, connect in the mid-range and hit the 3ball with ease. Cordova's biggest shot of the night, came with 28.0 seconds left in regulation - a game-tying three-pointer from the right corner.

Mariana Villezcas scored 4 of the Wildcats 8 points during the overtime period, totaling 12 for the game overall. The junior gave Clovis the lead with a transition layup at the 2:28 mark in OT. Villezcas then iced the game with a pair of free-throws with 6.3 seconds left.

The Jags' were led by [player_tooltip player_id='1221601' first='Savannah' last='Saavedra'] who had a team-high 17 points. The junior guard was lethal from three-point range, hitting five total treys. It did not matter where Saavedra was at - the corner, the top of the key or the free-throw line extended (wing) - she had the green light to let it fly. Her most dazzling shot of the game, came via a side-step three-pointer after a hard-contest from the opposition.

[player_tooltip player_id='648209' first='Jaiden' last='Montgomery'] had 15 points, mainly operating as a high-post ‘hub.' With Clovis utilizing a matchup-zone, Montgomery was tasked with making plays from the free-throw line and below. And that she did. The lanky forward plays much bigger than she is; Montgomery finishes through contact, rebounds in traffic and alters shots on the defensive end.
