LaMonica was the leading scorer for a Washington Township team that finished just above .500 last winter. The Minutemaids' season ended with a crushing 29-28 loss to GCIT (Gloucester Tech) in the first round of the South Jersey Group 4 playoffs. With a season average of 12.25 points per game, including seven games with at least 15 points, LaMonica consistently found the net when needed most. Look for her to make an even bigger impact throughout her final season. Both when it comes to scoring and leadership, especially if the Minutemaids want to advance further and be competitive with the Tri-County's best.

Clement scored 111 points as a freshman last year and looks destined to take on a bigger role in Gloucester Tech's offense as her sophomore campaign starts. Clement can drive in the paint or shoot a nice three-ball. That was showcased most in the final game of her rookie season, a 46-35 loss to Egg Harbor Township in the South Jersey Group 4 quarterfinal playoff round, when she tallied a career-high 16 points. She's poised to have a big sophomore season if she can ride that momentum.

A three-year varsity starter, Valente enjoyed similar performances in each of her last two seasons for Kingsway. As a sophomore in 2022-2023, she finished with 167 points and 49 rebounds. Last year, she concluded with 165 points and 51 rebounds. It'll be interesting to see the senior's role in a new-look offense with new coach Jeanine Delaney taking the reins this winter. She has a knack for shooting, but truly excels as an elite passer, leading the team in assists (45) last year. She handles the ball with true awareness of the court and will be a leader for a younger Kingsway squad this winter.

Mirigliani made a huge leap from her freshman season to her sophomore season, and she'll be looking to make another big leap in her junior campaign. The 5'8" combo guard can do it all. She has no problem on defense, either. She had 37 steals and 10 blocks. Oh, and how bout an elite passer? Bingo! Mirigliani can often spread the ball around as well. With Clearview losing seven contributors to graduation in the spring, look for her to take a much bigger overall role in this offense. She tallied 277 points last season, a whopping 224 more than as a rookie. This will be her first year not playing alongside star 1,500-point scorer Ana Pellecchia, who is now in her freshman season at Jefferson University.

A three-sport standout athlete, Eaton's basketball stat line from last winter isn't exactly eye-popping. However, on a senior-heavy Williamstown squad that went undefeated against divisional play en route to an SJG4 sectional final appearance, the sophomore proved to be an asset. Her main strength is passing, as she finished second on the team with 51 assists last year.

The Braves graduated nearly half of their scoring from that team last season (709/1446 total points). If Williamstown wants to replicate or triumph over last year's performance, Eaton will have to bring her typical A-game as a passer, but as a scorer as well. She scored 71 points last winter, so look for her to increase that drastically.
