Schnell is a coordinated PG, that works hard on both side of the floor. Offensively she is good in the dribble drive aspects of the game, while understanding how to create for others around her, off of that action. Defensively, she understands when to get through screens compared to switching them and she always seems to be moving at a fast pace. Not to mention, she works really hard in the rebounding department. Which shows her determination in that aspect of the game. In general, I was impressed with Schnell and how she presented herself. She does a lot of good things and those things help her team compete at a high level.

The best way to describe [player_tooltip player_id='1139249' first='Susie' last='Cheney']'s game is that she is a crafty guard, that is willing to show some flash in certain situations. Cheney has quick feet, active hands, and a lot of heart. Defensively she gets a lot of steals and defections, leading to buckets on the other end because of how active she is on a consistent basis. Once she gets the ball in fast break situations going downhill, she is very tough to slow down or stop from making a play in one way or another. Shelton had glimpses of being special. They just need to keep working on the small things and the rest will follow.

There are several prospects I could mention from Sidney High School and their performance in this event on Saturday but someone that stood out over most to myself was CG - [player_tooltip player_id='1139265' first='Kierra' last='Schrader']. Schrader would be categorized as a CG because she will move around and play the SF, PG, and SG position, depending what is needed out of her. These multiple positions demonstrated that Schrader can do a little bit of everything at better rate than most. That was evident during this specific contest and I'm sure that will continue to be the case moving forward.

Millard West has some well versed individuals on their varsity team. They have D1 committed players with a group of others, that could compete at various levels at the college ranks. Someone that is receiving steady minutes this Winter, who does a lot of positives is 2027 SG - [player_tooltip player_id='752945' first='Kylee' last='Millard']. Millard see's the floor consistently and she moves all over. At 5'9, she competes between the SG and SF position, while holding her own a good amount of the time. This team is favored to win their Classes State title once again this Winter and for good reason. It'll be a team effort and all hands on deck but I'm sure they are ready to let it ride. They showed in this event that it doesn't matter who they have to play against, they are up for the challenge.

I like what I saw out of SG - [player_tooltip player_id='1139285' first='Kassidy' last='Hurt'] of Centura High School. Hurt doesn't settle for bad shots, she doesn't rush anything she is doing on either offense or defense, and she seems to be very active when she is playing off of the basketball. The combination of those three things leads to a player that usually brings positive play along with her to the court. She might not end up being her team's first option but she is someone that can produce at a steady rate when given the proper opportunities.
