Due to a transfer situation, Schieber was not able to joint the Elkhorn South team until later in the season. She played in the final ten games for the Storm and her game steadily improved when she scored 21 points in Elkhorn South's district semifinal game against Bellevue West to end the season. Scheiber is a heady point guard, who can defend at a high level and is ready to attack the basket when the opportunity presents itself.

Whitney had an excellent sophomore season for Millard West and has parlayed that into a spot on the [program_tooltip program_id='712709' first='Nebraska' last='Attack'] 17U team for the spring and summer. For the Wildcats Class A state semifinal team, she turned herself into a force in the post area while shooting 44% from the field. She averaged 7.5 points and 7.0 rebounds as well as 1.4 blocks per game. Attack went young in the post this year and Whitney has a chance to shine over the next few months.

Small town. Big game. Hansen is a 5'11" 'do-everything' kind of player for Pender coach Jason Dolliver as the Pendragons have won four straight state titles. Hansen was a solid role player as a freshman, but stepped up her game this winter as she averaged 10.4 points and 4.9 rebounds on a team that featured two Division II signees. College coaches will love Hansen's game as she can play and guard in the post, but also is not afraid to step out and shoot the triple as she connected on 62 long-range shots on a 38% clip this winter.

Another talented sophomore for Millard West, Rooney will be a key player for the Attack's 2028 team as they kick off their spring session. Mooney was second in scoring for the Wildcats behind Minnesota pledge [player_tooltip player_id='747368' first='Kylee' last='Paben'] during the winter season at 7.7 points per contest. She had seven double figure scoring nights for Millard West this season and also led the team in assists at 3.7 per contest. Mooney's court vision will be a big asset for her teams.

Another "in the shadows" type player, Crabtree will be a standout for a [program_tooltip program_id='715717' first='Nebraska' last='Supreme'] team that has high hopes on the Puma Circuit. Crabtree is a master point guard who can get to the rim and has the ability to create her own shot from just about anywhere in the floor. On the same high school team as standout posts [player_tooltip player_id='884235' first='Shayla' last='Rautenberg'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1237574' first='Ashlynn' last='Miller'] her job in the winter is to get them the ball. Had a huge state tournament in leading Milford to the Class C-1 state title game, and had a career-high 33 points in the Eagles earlier season win over Malcolm; whom they beat in the state finals.
