At 6-foot-2, Rowe is a pretty unique presence on the floor and she does well to get herself in positions to be as dangerous as possible. Whether it's against zones or man, she does a great job identifying the weak spots and positioning herself to attack those areas. She takes rebounding very seriously, getting a body on defenders every time, attacking the ball, and doing well to keep the rock away from swipes after she brings it in. She also does well making quick post-ups in transition, looking to seal from the weak side, and recognizing her opportunities around the hoop.

Wright's a post who has some good ball skills, she can make some key passes, has good touch in the midrange, and shows strong hands to catch entries and bring down rebounds. She also shows how she can play an impactful role on the offensive end without having plays ran for her. She plays with some talented scoring guards who can rain in threes and create off the bounce too, and she does well to move down low without the ball and get herself into spots to make plays off of penetration. And when they do call her number, she is a strong player who has some tricks to get deep position and can push defenders around inside.

Mitchell is a combo guard you'll want to keep your eyes on. She already plays a big role handling the ball for Mount Si and has shown she can be a solid two-way guard who adds some decent length and toughness to the floor. She handles the rock confidently, won't dribble into trouble spots and knows when to slow it down and where to get the ball. She has good awareness with or without the ball, giving teammates space to work and also making smart cuts from the weak side. She's a really heady player who does the little things well and makes a big impact for the Wildcats.

Fruster is a strong, athletic, and hard-working forward who can make a big impact out there just based off of her physicality and work rate. She plays much bigger than her listed height would suggest, rebounding at a high rate, especially on the offensive end, and playing solid defense inside and out. She gets up and down the court to take advantage of transition chances, and she knows her strengths, doing most of her work offensively around the paint, but also showing some good vision and facilitating skills from the middle of the floor. She's a constant double-double threat who's going to be one of the hardest workers on any given night.

If you are looking for a skilled guard who can be a true sparkplug for your squad, look no further than Banks. She's an ultra-quick guard who shows the burst to spurt down driving lanes and create to the rim. She can line up outside and knock down threes, and she plays tenacious perimeter defense. She does everything a smaller guard should in order to make an impact on the game and has helped White River stay atop the NPSL 3A at 17-2.
