Valley Christian at Rancho Solano Prep Standouts

She has a great feel for the game with a super high IQ and moves the ball well. She rebounds well as she gains position smartly. She scored 9 points.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='845258' first='Ellie' last='Phillips'] Valley Christian&nbsp;<strong>(Pictured middle) </strong></strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>An undersized point guard will drive and kick and hit the open three. She is a fluid ball handler who has one of those shooting strokes that looks good every attempt. She is good off the pick and roll game to find teammates but shes a natural scorer. She gets a lot of her points inside with drop step moves, rip thrus and she is a great rebounder using her frame and positioning to rebound. She brings some size and skill. She scores with mid-range jumpers, put backs, layups around the basket and runs well in transition. She has a good feel to make a play and she is an out of area rebounder. She will throw passes up the court and drive and kick it. She will make plays for others and score it. She can rattle in threes off the catch with a nice looking shooting stroke and is a plus rebounder in her area. She is a fluid ball handler and changes speeds and directions well. She will rip thru and go to work, hit the catch three, which is an improving skill, cuts off the ball for layups or gets fouled.
