[player_tooltip player_id='450194' first='Bree' last='McDonald'], 5'8 G - Burlington H.S. Class of 2025

The most skilled guard in the state, [player_tooltip player_id='450194' first='Bree' last='McDonald']. Her 3-level scoring, cunning handle and playmaking creates constant offense. She balances her attack well, getting into the paint and shooting a high pct. while also collecting plenty of FTs. With her gravity inside and out, defenses bend and gaps open for smart cuts, kick out 3s, and the vision is there. On the defensive end, it's her quick footwork and anticipation which often disrupts opponents and leads to transition opportunities. VT's must-see guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='1046824' first='Anya' last='Davis'], 5'6 G - Colchester H.S. Class of 2027

The sophomore guard continues to flourish. Davis' hardnosed game makes for tough two-way play. She's a talented organizer of the O and orchestrates well, plus, she has a nice pulse on the game, knowing when she needs to create offense to get a jolt of energy into the team. A strong slasher, sound distributor, and simply a reader of the defense. She gets to her spots and opens the game up for others.

[player_tooltip player_id='645653' first='Atika' last='Haji'], 5'10 G/W - Burlington H.S. Class of 2025

A talented wing with a knack for putting the ball in the bucket, Haji has been a consistent scorer in the 15 ppg. range. She's a 3-level threat with tough handles, inside finishing and a sound jumper. Plus, her ability to collect boards, cause deflections, and get out on the break lends itself to open court scoring. On this guard heavy team she plays and defends numerous positions, but her sweet spot is the 2/3.

Aly Dorman, 5'7 G - Mount Mansfield Union H.S. Class of 2027

A true PG, Aly led MMU to the crown at the MMU Holiday Tournament and took home MVP honors. She's one who has great instincts and feel for the game, understanding momentum swings, pace, and such. Her passing creates offensive opportunity, she's proven herself a sound scorer inside and from 3, and she does it all with control and intent. Moreover, her defensive IQ and activity is just as honed in. A two-way floor general.

[player_tooltip player_id='594763' first='Marlie' last='Bushey'], 5'10 G/W - Milton H.S. Class of 2026

Marlie has come into her own as of late. She's led Milton to a 6-0 start and has consistently led the team in scoring, and if not, it's likely her younger sister Evelyn. Marlie's versatility is quickly noted, showcasing a solid handle and perimeter feel along with her size and length. Her inside/out scoring comes in the flow of the offense, she distributes intuitively, and defensively she does everything under the sun, pressuring, helping, rebounding, and so on. All-around game.

[player_tooltip player_id='496160' first='Macie' last='Stagner'], 5'9 G - Springfield H.S. Class of 2025

Stagner is the engine that propels Springfield. A 3-level threat with crisp vision too, defenses throw everything they've got at her. Yet, she still finds a way. She reads what the defense is doing, manipulates with eyes and handle to find space, and makes plays with a variety of finishes and jumpers. Defensively, she's got the instincts and anticipation. Stagner is one of D2s best.
