After the kids the Sabers lost in the 2024 class, Pritchard was more than a welcomed addition. They went from an experienced group that made the state tournament to an inexperienced unit with few returning varsity minutes. Pritchard has been a solid scorer for the Sabers and been their most consistent player this season. The lessons she learns from this year will continue to help her develop into a high-level kid in whichever conference the WIAA decides to throw Franklin into.

As impressive as Albany/Monticello has been at the D5 level, I may argue that [player_tooltip player_id='1092830' first='Heidi' last='Olson'] has been their most important player this season. Olson is their best two-way kid, has been a reliable perimeter threat, can create off the dribble, can defend the top perimeter players in D5, and her coach won't be too worried. She may not have the notoriety some of the kids who've played at the state tournament have in D5, but she'll get there.

Having one of the most talented seniors in the state and one of the best athletes in the state ahead of you makes it tricky to get on the floor. However, Bailey has a future at Hartford. Her size, physicality, and skillset around the rim will provide value at the varsity level for the Orioles. However, she'll have to wait for her moment, which may be next season.

Being a young player at Kimberly right now must be a little intimidating. Their depth of talent is unreal, and I'm sure their JV team has gone unchallenged most of the season. Fulcer is a part of the 2028 crop of talent that will have a role to play at some point and is just outside of their core rotational players, so she'll close out blowouts but hasn't earned her stripes at the varsity level. She's another who'll have to be patient, but her moment will come.

A family move after her dad was hired by the Wisconsin football team led to the Rabach family moving from Sevastopol down to Madison. She's another one just outside the rotation for a team trying to win a state title and will have to be patient. However, I like her game as a whole, and if she's called on at some point in the postseason, she could deliver crucial minutes. Edgewood will utilize her length and shooting this year or in the years ahead.
