She is having a terrific season and will have a legitimate shot a making the All-Region team. She is incredibly skilled and perhaps the most skilled 8th grader I have seen so far. Kenley plays with a passion that is contagious to her team and can inspire great effort. You can tell she has potential to be a special player. She moves well out on the floor and has good quickness to her game. Claire is a good decision maker with the ball and plays her current role well. She is patient in the half-court, knowing when and who to pass the ball to in their offense. When she is open, she is ready to knock down the three-point shot. She has a nice looking form and is a steady player. She is long and quick with long strides that allows her to get to the rim with ease. She has a nice looking shot and is capable of making it from behind the arc. She has a great opportunity at practice to play against one of the state's best posts in LeeLee Bell. She can take each practice as a learning opportunity on how to be great. She is an aggressive rebounder and isn't afraid to shoot the outside shot. She was able to make her varsity debut due to an illness that was going through the team. She made the most of her debut by being Dickinson's leading scorer that game with 10 points. She is a great free throw shooter, shooting 70% from the line. I really like how she conducts herself out on the floor. She plays with a swagger and confidence not usually found in such young players. She is a good finisher in transition and makes great decisions with the ball. She is usually the in-bounder which indicates her coach trusts her with the ball. She is a good on ball defender and is a great jumper and rebounder for a guard.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
