The Class 6A all-time leading scorer averaged more than 29 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 steals per game her senior year. Davidson was named Mt. Hood Conference Player of the Year and unanimously named to the All-Tournament First Team at state. The 6-foot-1 forward/guard is long, athletic, and swift. Davidson consistently makes the right read on both ends of the court. She is a leader and facilitator with excellent vision and passing, creating looks for her teammates and herself. She can get to the rim from anywhere with strength, agility, and a soft touch. She releases high and smooth on her stop-and-pop middy. She can confidently hit the pull-up transition three. And what puts her over the top: her defense is as elite as her scoring ability. Clackamas didn't win the state championship, but Davidson can use that experience as motivation at USC next season. It's within the realm of possibility that she could return to Portland in the 2029 WNBA draft.

Her accolades include:

• ESPN No. 3 overall recruit

• Nike Hoop Summit

• Team USA U18

• McDonald's All-American

• Jersey Mike's Naismith All-American First Team

• 4X Gatorade Player of the Year

•…

McMinnville's 5-foot-11 senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='833642' first='Macie' last='Arzner'] is an elite finisher, plus-rebounder, tough defender, and all-around resilient competitor. Arzner returned strong from nearly two seasons off due to a dislocated kneecap and fractured ankle to earn back-to-back Pacific Conference Player of the Year awards. She averaged a double-double her senior year — over 25 points and 11 rebounds per game during the season, and 16 points and 10.5 rebounds per game during the state tournament. Arzner is built tough. She dribbles with power, is quick to her spot, creates space with her brood shoulders, and has a high release on her shot from inside, midrange, and three-point range. She rebounds on both ends, wins 50/50s, helps on defense, forces steals, and makes blocks. Arzner will hoop at Pitt in the ACC next season.

Clackamas 5-foot-11 senior [player_tooltip player_id='833518' first='Sara' last='Barhoum'] is the best girls high school three-point shooter in Oregon. Her catch-and-shoot is lethal. After hitting four three-pointers in the state final, Barhoum increased her senior year tally to 126 to break the state girls record for most threes made in a single season. She increased her four-year total to 324 threes, tying the Class 6A record for most three-pointers made in a high school career. Barhoum was named to the All-Tournament First Team. She averaged 19 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals per game her senior season to earn a spot on the Mt. Hood Conference First Team. Her hot hand can spread the defense to create space for her teammates to go to work inside. She runs the court to score in transition and she can get downhill after the shot fake. She is staying in-state to play at the University of Oregon.

Jefferson's senior [player_tooltip player_id='502349' first='Chauncey' last='Andersen'] runs the floor, can go off from three, is creative on the drive, and hangs for the finish through contact and the foul. The 6-foot guard can score and she's a plus-rebounder. Andersen averaged 20.3 points, shooting 43% from the field, and 7 rebounds per game at the state tournament, earning her team third place and herself a spot on the All-Tournament First Team. She averaged 23 points and 6 rebounds per game during her senior season and was named to the Portland Interscholastic League First Team. Andersen can meet the moment, create momentum, and take over a game. She dropped 32 points against top-ten-ranked rival Benson in front of a packed-out gym to secure one of two wins needed to earn the league title outright. Andersen signed with UC Santa Barbara and will play in the Big West next season.

Willamette 6-foot senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='502347' first='Brynn' last='Smith'] hits a high percentage from three when she's in rhythm, is sharp running the point under pressure, and can finish fast and strong at the rim. She joined the elite 2000-points club and broke the school scoring record while averaging 19.7 points per game during her senior season. She helped the Wolverines sweep defending state champion South Medford to end the Panthers' 51-game winning streak and win the Southwest Conference title. She was named to the All-Conference First Team. Smith averaged 10.7 points per game at the state tournament, helping Willamette reach the Final Four. She dropped a season-high 30 points against a good West Linn defense. Smith will stay in-state to play at the University of Portland next season.

Scout Note:

While I only followed the final three months of their high school careers, this senior class will always have a special place in my scouting journey. I am grateful for the experience, and I look forward to rooting for them at the next level.

I inherited the previous rankings, but I took the time to watch highlights for every player I did not see in person or streaming during the season. If I couldn't find highlights, I moved the player to the Watch List so they could still be listed even if they were not ranked.

I am most familiar with Class 6A, 5A, and 4A — in that order. I will make it a priority to spend more time getting to know 3A, 2A, and 1A next season. Please notify me of any omissions and/or errors (my contact info is in my bio). This is the last rankings update for the class of 2025, but I am open to posting corrections if there are any egregious mistakes.
