State Tournament match-ups and schedule

The 32-team field for the Minnesota girls State Tournament was determined following the conclusion of section play across Minnesota on Friday night. On Saturday the Minnesota State High School League announced the seeding and match-ups for first round games which begin this Wed., March 12 at Williams Arena and the Maturi Pavilion on the campus of the University of Minnesota.
Here is the complete schedule for first-round play. (WM = Williams Arena, MP = Maturi Pavilion)
CLASS AAAA
- Wednesday at 10 a.m. – #1 Maple Grove vs #8 White Bear Lake (WA)
- Wednesday at 12 p.m. – #4 Lakeville North vs #5 Brainerd (WA)
- Wednesday at 2 p.m. – #2 Eastview vs #7 Anoka (WA)
- Wednesday at 4 p.m. – #3 Hopkins vs #6 Chaska (WA)
CLASS AAA
- Wednesday at 10 a.m. – #1 Benilde-St. Margaret's vs #8 Stewartville (MP)
