[player_tooltip player_id='1215569' first='Beyoncé' last='Jedinie'] really was impressive in the Finals. In a brief period of observing her, you see a 5'10 player with some impressive basketball skills. Jedinie can shoot the three point shot and she has the ability to put the ball down and get to the rim. She has a knack for putting the ball in the basket. This past season the versatile Jedinie averaged nearly 12 points per game. She is very active on both ends of the floor. She defends well and is disruptive with her height and agility. Jedinie is very good in the transition game and rather intimidating when finishing on the break.

[player_tooltip player_id='346849' first='Mayah' last='Gordon'] was a very impressive prospect who really showed a lot of basketball skills during the State Championships. Gordon is athletic and can get up and down the floor with good speed and quickness. Gordon came out in the Semifinals firing on all cylinders. She shoots the ball well from the perimeter, including from the three point line and also in the midrange area. Gordon played well on the defensive end, using her athleticism, size and quickness to admirably guard her opponents. She is a senior and her experience showed up in Lakeland on both sides of the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='819898' first='Kendall' last='Ruise'] played well in the Playoffs and really caught the attention of writers and college coaches. The Senior guard has a great motor and is always in tbe center of the action. Ruise runs the floor well and makes plays. She scores well in transition, plays in the passing lanes on defense, and always brings the energy during a game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1197547' first='Kayla' last='Lyde'] made a huge impression in the States Finals. Lyde has great athleticism and is always making things happen on both sides of the floor. Lyde has great hands, gets good position in the post and does a good job of scoring down on the blocks. Lyde is “the truth” on the boards and really excels because of her relentless pursuit of the ball. She had 168 rebounds for the season, and 93 of them were from the offensive side of the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='331729' first='Azzariah' last='Styles'] played well during the State tournament and really stabilized the back court on a Championship team. Styles played her role with “style” and college coaches took notes of her stellar play. She handles the ball well, she has great speed in the transition game, and can disrupt the opponents transition game. Styles distributes the ball well to her scorers, and she can also shoot the rock. She has all the qualities of a consummate shooting point guard.

[player_tooltip player_id='514916' first='Caeli' last='Weaver'] is a player who should be a major player next season at the Center position. Weaver is 6'2 and doesn't mind a little physicality. She has good hands and rebounds very well. For a Freshman, Weaver held her own in Lakeland against the eventual State Champions in 6A. She can shoot it from midrange area and can also step out and shoot the long ball on occasion. Defensively, she is not afraid to mix it up and get physical with the opponent.
