Central Valley Prospects Showcase: 3 Level Scorers

The Central Valley Prospects Showcase was a phenomenal community event that brought together a ton of the top players in California. This event featured a number of D1/D2 signed seniors from the Central Valley and Sacrament area, as well as a majority of the top unsigned underclassmen from the Central Valley. As the games progressed there was a few underclassmen that stood out on the offensive end. If you're recruiting to replace points, or looking to be the first to recruit the next bucket out of the 559 these 5 should be on your radar.    Ramie is a player we have featured multiple times for various reason's throughout CW's CIF title + State playoff run. She's a dynamic guard who can get it done from all levels. Deep range from behind the arc, a solid fluid jumper, and can finish in a number of ways around the rim. She does a great job attacking the paint, coming to a stop, and finding ways to finish on balance. Poised for a big spring/summer going into her Junior year; I expect to see more and more college interest!     [player_tooltip player_id='1257245' first='Kiera' last='Thomas'] had a HUGE freshman year, putting her on the map as one of the top 2028 guards in area and arguably the state. She showed no fear going against some of the top players in the valley this past Saturday. Consistent shooter from 3 with a quick release and the ability to knock down from well behind the arc. Has a hunters mentality on offensive, always looking to break her defender down and get to the rim. Has the ability to get a bucket in an iso situation.     Gi'anna as a freshman was the MVP of the first High School game, and for good reason! She put on a clinic, showing her ability to get buckets at every level. She hit back to back three's, got downhill for multiple And1's and was comfortable stopping for short 15 footers if given space. Super tight handle, calm and composed at all times. The future is now, remember the name "Gi'anna Smith" because she is next up.     Amieya is a swiss army knife kind of player, she seems to do it all. Uses her size well to grab rebounds and is comfortable pushing like a guard and making decisions. Solid touch around the rim attacking off the bounce, and showed a very nice looking jumper from about 18-15 feet. Fluid and consistent shooter from 3, was impressed with her feet + balance shooting from the trail spot. Immediate impact player every time she stepped on the floor.     Sadie is another Central Valley guard we have featured multiple times during their school's respected CIF + State Playoff run. Sadie is one of the best scoring PG's I watched all season, and that was on display again this Saturday. Keeps the ball on the string, is impossible to trap and will push all the way to rim if nobody stops ball. High level shooter from behind the arc, not afraid to pull in transition or off a stepback if given a tiny amount of space. Consistent middy game + continues to show High IQ decision making around the rim. Another Central Valley guard who's recruitment I expect to ramp up.
