[player_tooltip player_id='1230300' first='Lydia' last='Cipriano'] was moving well finding the openings on offense, and she had a nice three point play finishing at the free throw line. She did a good job finding her teammates flashing in the paint. She was patient letting plays develop knowing when to hit her teammates. She has some nice range with her shot hitting it from deep.

[player_tooltip player_id='1230301' first='Harper' last='Ledford'] was making three point plays battling contact at the rim, and she was consistently grabbing rebounds right when her team needed to end the possession or grab the offensive board. She did well pushing some steals up the court for fast breaks.

[player_tooltip player_id='1230304' first='Rreanna' last='Johnson'] can get the scoring started knocking it down from deep. She hustles back on defense being ready to block the shot of her opponent on a fast break. She seemed to always be in the way on defense stripping the ball from her opponents. She battled for rebounds on defense making sure her opponents didn't get second chances. She used a nice jab step to get the open look pulling up for the midrange jumper.

Western Alamance won the state championship this year with some stellar leadership behind senior athletes. However, I think they are going to be just fine with [player_tooltip player_id='1230303' first='Ava' last='Mitchell'] coming up through the ranks gaining experience and playing time to fill the void. Mitchell saw some playing time in the state championship game where she was able to show off her range shooting the ball. She did well following shots on the offensive glass putting it back up for two.
