Today, we wrap up the Legacy Region Kick-Off. I'd like to highlight a few more players before we move on to a brief live period preview to prepare for the April Live Period at the end of the month.

I went back and watched Rysdam's Opportunity 10 North team. I thought the Braham native showed plenty of athleticism. She made plays around the rim and also showed off an impressive motor. She excelled in rebounding around the basket and managed to get her hands on loose balls more often than she didn't. Rysdam also scored at a high level. She was efficient and could get to the rim and score easy baskets.

[player_tooltip player_id='1183731' first='Kylie' last='Storkamp']

Storkamp, a teammate of Rysdam, showed some of her athletic tools as a lead guard. The Foley, Minnesota, native showed she could turn the corner on her defender and get downhill whenever she wanted. She handled the ball well, created space off the dribble, and saw the floor well. Storkamp may not have shown all of what she can do on the offensive end because she could beat her initial defender off the dribble whenever, but you could tell she had a feel for the offensive end of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='992488' first='Ava' last='Hendrickson']

The West Salem forward is a physical kid with a future with the Panthers. Hendrickson has the tools to excel around the basket at the high school level and showed why this weekend with her [program_tooltip program_id='712778' first='Purple' last='Aces'] group. Hendrickson is a physical post that can create space around the basket and finish with either hand. She's shown an ability to attack off the dribble from the mid-post area and has the skill set to do something off the dribble against the type of kids that'd defend her. Hendrickson will have a home at the next level if she wants to keep playing basketball at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='888330' first='McKinley' last='Russell']

The Shullsburg guard is among the more intriguing kids in Wisconsin's class of 2028. The guard has the size and skill to make things happen off the dribble and can see over her initial defenders and pass over her defenders. I thought she did an excellent job being a threat away from the ball and making herself available as a cutter to get easy baskets around the rim. She'll be one of the kids I'm most intrigued by in the 2028 class, and I'm curious how she develops over the next few years.
