2027 Basketball Rankings: Notable New Additions

When someone is found, they are added to our database for further deep diving. I know tons of people live and breathe the rankings system, but at the same time, it's not where you start; it's how you finish. Everyone who is ranked isn't a finished product, therefore, their body of work is still growing. Who knows where they will end up, not only when it pertains to the rankings, but also what level of play one may have an opportunity to continue on if they are chosen to do so.   In this new rankings that just dropped, there were some notable additions that deserve to be mentioned. Don't get me wrong, everyone is worthy of mentioning; however, here are some young ladies who are starting to make a name for themselves. In due time, these young ladies will be some of the go-to kids for their prospective programs. Here are some new additions to the 2027 rankings.      This young lady has turned a corner, and she is doing so in a mighty way. Her game has grown tremendously, and she is always working on her craft. She went from being a power forward who could stretch the floor and back in the paint, to a wing player who can knock down the 3-ball consistently. Her face-up game has grown to the point where she can take people off the bounce. The Lady Cougars have a solid kid who can help be a threat for their program. Keep an eye on this young lady as she continues to grow.     The Lady Knights have a solid athlete on their hands. This kid is tough and has such a desire to be great. She is a talented multi-sport athlete who has great foot speed and can really contribute on the defensive end. She is fast, has great lateral quickness, and solid hands that enable her to get steals and deflections. Offensively, her game is growing. She can get downhill and get paint touches as well as knock down shots from the arc. Look for her to continue to get better and contribute to the Nolensville program.     A Heady ball player who is on the upswing. As she continues to see the floor, look for the maturation process to evolve. She is an old-school pass-first/ get into the offense type of player. However, when her team needs something to happen, this young lady is the go-to kid they call on. Need to get a paint touch and kick or score, she's the one they call. Need someone to slow the team down and get into a set, she's the girl to do so. She plays with poise and is always thinking about what's next. Defensively, she anticipates well and is always in position to get a steal. Solid kid who is on an upswing.     Solid wing player who can cause fits on both ends of the floor. Her length causes problems for people, and along with that, her defensive game speaks volumes. She solid on the boards, blocks, shots, and gets steals due to her active hands. She can shoot the 3-ball but also exploit the mid-range. She brings additional size to the PCA roster and is a solid contributor who will help them further their quest for a title. Solid kid who is going to be a big factor for them down the stretch.     A young lady whose game is on the upswing. The more she is on the floor, her game will smooth out. This young talent is a ball player built with speed. She has solid court vision that enables her to attack multiple spots on the floor. She can get to the rim or spot up along the arc. Her bread and butter is on the defensive end, where she gets after it. Look for this young lady to continue to grind and become a solid piece for her program.
