Hailey led Coventry to its first state title since 1988. The freshman big put up 18 points and added 17 boards in this championship game. This double-double performance on the big stage will be one to remember. Mayo is certainly a young player that has a budding future in CT hoops.

Jhene Fortunat (2028) | 6'2 PF | MCW Starz

Fortunat is unfortunately dealing with some injury, but she still embodies this exact title to the discussion. What's intriguing about her is that she's a big that offers a skillset that's an instant mismatch. Jhene is quite agile and with this nimbleness, she can be quite the hybrid type of player. Healing is the #1 concern at the moment, but Fortunat is such a drawing big with a high celling.

[player_tooltip player_id='1239186' first='Jordan' last='Egan'] (2027) | PF | Bay State Jags

Egan is a player worth keeping an eye on. This high school season the freshman forward averaged 10 ppg, nearly 9 rpg and 2 steals. North Attleboro had such a security blanket underneath the 3-pointline on both sides of the ball. What also stands out about her is that she could be featured at the top of presses, as well as showing a prowess in transition. The Jags will help develop Egan thoroughly.

[player_tooltip player_id='975942' first='Joy' last='Mbugua'] (2029) | PF | Brimmer & May

Joy is an excellent addition to a championship Brimmer squad that'll help them get far again next season. The young, high motor big has all the intangibles that lead to winning basketball. She shows great hustle and will fasten possessions with 2-way rebounding. Mbugua is building early chemistry with her future teammates who happen to play on Team Sims with her too. She'll be a newname in the upcoming rankings, look out for that soon.

[player_tooltip player_id='1250020' first='Kayla' last='Cisse'] (2028) | PF | Blueprint

Kayla is a player recovering from surgery, but has been in the gym still repairing a tough knee injury. She bounced back pretty fast considering the type of injury. Kayla's productiveness when fully healthy makes her one of Vermont's most promising young prospects. Cisse has experience playing on the wing, as a short-corner/high post 4 and even using back to the basket moves on the block. Despite her setbacks recently, she still holds real value. Cisse will be a new addition to the upcoming rankings.
