Coleman is a "long and athletic" guard who is not only a new face to me, but she just joined a new team, and observing what she's doing right now has me thinking about her upside. She does things instinctively, a perfect example was showing the crossover and going between her legs while going full speed in transition to score. She gave me the "catch and shoot" and played solid "on the ball" defense

Catlett proved to be a "catalyst" for her team, and let me start with, she's also a "long and athletic" guard, I failed to mention that as the base earlier, but it is. Her deceptive first step got the defender off balance so she could attack and score. She created her shot and dropped the jumper, but she also saw the floor. Her defense was solid, and she played the passing lane

Byars is yet another "long and athletic" guard, and she also falls into that #sizedontmatter group. Friday night, she showed the jumper as well as "on the ball" pressure, yet on Saturday, she set it off. Her timing to block shots had me smiling, she gave me the "catch and shoot" plus her body control after contact as she attacked the basket, was also nice

Baggs has the right last name because "it was in the bag". She's a 7th grader playing up, and I foresee her taking her talent UP and AWAY, and let me start with her "poise under pressure" is ahead of her years. She wants the ball in clutch situations, and she delivers. She scores off the dribble, using a slight HEZ, but she also drops the jumper, "catch and shoot" from deep included

Glaspie was, you guessed it, another "long and athletic" guard, yet her versatility playing multiple positions was huge. She understands how to set the defender up to attack the basket using a powerful first step, and her finishing off balance after the lick was nice. She has good court vision in the set, and she plays solid defense, but watching her outrebound taller players, and scoring around the basket, putbacks included, had me smiling
