The live period starts tomorrow, and there are still a few kids I'd like to highlight before then. We've looked at the kids I'd recommend D1 schools watch these next few days, and I'll highlight a few more before things get underway tomorrow morning.

The Winneconne native has been a volume offensive threat with the Wolves in her first few seasons. However, she has the build coaches will like at the college level. She's a physical 5'11 wing who can play inside and out and has the mentality you'd want in a versatile wing. There are still plenty of things for Mitchell to work on, but there are things that people can't teach. Two of those things are size and athleticism, and Mitchell has those two things. I'm curious what things will look like for her at the end of the AAU season.

[player_tooltip player_id='751245' first='Avery' last='Glenz']

The Eleva-Strum wing had a breakout season in 2024-25. Her ability to create off the dribble and be an efficient offensive option helped turn the Cardinals from a five-win team in 23-24 to a 20-win program in 24-25. Glenz is a do-it-all kid who's been comfortable being a creative force on the offensive end of the floor while using her size to dig in and rebound on both ends. She already earned a scholarship offer from Viterbo at the NAIA level, and playing on a small AAU team may limit her name recognition. However, she's turned herself into a scholarship talent.

Jaedyn Zdroik

The Pacelli guard has been Wisconsin's triple-double kid the last few seasons, even posting a few quadruple-doubles in her time with the Cardinals. She's a physical kid who does her best work going downhill and has excelled with her [program_tooltip program_id='713332' first='Team' last='Wisconsin'] group this summer. Zdroik is a willing passer who can get her teammates the ball when they're open, and for a kid who can score it like her, to be an excellent passer isn't something you find too often in kids her age.

[player_tooltip player_id='888330' first='McKinley' last='Russell']

The 5'11 guard/wing from Shullsburg is a small-town kid with talent. People may not know what she brings to the floor because she's not from a basketball powerhouse, but she'll be someone scholarship programs will want to see and learn about. Her ability to shoot, pass, and handle the ball at her size will draw interest.
