2027 Shooting Guard Update

Circling back around, below is a quick look at the shooting guards who were included in either the Top 75 or the 85-player watch list. Tatum is just starting to experience Indiana basketball, but she has performed nicely in the brief chances I've had to see her. She is extremely long, fluidly athletic, and when she's able to get set, she is an accurate perimeter shooter. She has a fairly strong frame, she's a solid athlete in all directions, and she seemed to play with a motor at both ends of the floor. She will take on so much responsibility this coming season for Batesville, but she also possesses a lot of skill and talent. It's apparent that she lives in the gym and works at her craft. She has become a knockdown shooter, and she's so much stronger now that she's able to get it away quicker, plus she's better at non-rhythm shots. She can attack the basket as well and absorb contact, plus she has a natural all-around feel for the game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
