Tuesday, we released the Summer update for the Class of 2028 rankings. Circling back around, below is a quick look at the shooting guards who were included in either the Top 35 or the 75-player watch list. There were no newcomers to this position group when we updated the list this time around, so below the rankings are a couple of stock-risers who have stood out recently.

I was able to see Riley a little last July and throughout the 2024-2025 season, but this Spring and Summer she has just looked different. She is playing with so much more confidence, she's a lot more aggressive off the dribble, and while she is still a long, wiry prospect, she is seeking contact and drawing and-1 opportunities. She has always been a good shooter, but this newfound aggression and growth as a complete scorer has stood out to me recently.

Agnes is another prospect who has made a significant jump since the high school season. She looks an inch taller, stronger, and much more assertive than she did in January. When she was on the floor with a group of Homestead's 2026s earlier in June, you couldn't tell that she was two years younger. She is shooting with confidence, but she is attacking a lot more often and she is drawing contact and finishing inside. She has also improved defensively.
