Robinson is a tenacious two-way guard while the talented 5'10 Means is coming back from a knee injury. The other experienced guard is 2026 Ashlynn Meyers, who can really shoot it from downtown.
Fort Zumwalt South: The Bulldogs made a surprise run to a third-place finish in the Class 5 state tournament last season. They should be even better with everyone coming back. They looked strong in a win over Clayton. They are led by 5'10" 2027 forward [player_tooltip player_id='894062' first='Taylor' last='McCarty'], a talented lefty who can score it in the post or work the high post area with equal effectiveness. She works well up front with 5'11" 2027 forward [player_tooltip player_id='1231691' first='Jenna' last='Mehrhoff'], who can really deal in the low post area. The guard play is very good with 2026 Bridget Herwick, who shoot it from distance and play solid defense. 2027 guard Gabrielle Anderson was getting steals and transition layups with her defensive anticipation. Kylie Hart is a 2026 guard who showed some good athleticism, especially on the defensive end.

Marquette: The Mustangs have a very capable young group that will continue to develop over the course of the year. They have a Division I prospect in 6'0 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='941760' first='MaryAnn' last='Kenyon'], who was playing virtually every position on the floor. She is very skilled and versatile. They also have a group of good 2028 guards, led by [player_tooltip player_id='1092874' first='Bailey' last='Owen'], who was a freshman starter last year. She plays the game with a lot of savvy. Lilian Beno and Maddie Loder are also 2028 guards who both have a good feel for the game. They can both handle and pass the ball. Another 2028 who has potential is forward Hailey Williams, who really rebounded the ball very well. Forward Brooklyn Bode is a 6'1" 2027 forward who plays well in the high post.
