Elite athleticism, elevates above the crowd, finishes inside and can put the ball on the deck. She got up and down the court in a different gear than everyone. Kaitlyn had a rebound putback without coming down to the ground that she made looke absolutely effortless. Playing up in the 8th grade division with her Jersey Gemz 2030 team, she calmly ended a back and forth game with the Shoreshots 2029 squad with a short pull up jumper at the buzzer. Take note now. She goes hard and fast and has no problems finishing at the rim through contact. She plays good pressure D on the perimeter, has active hands and makes opposing guards work. She handled the ball and ran the offense, got in the lane and finished, got out in transition and finished and did a great job passing her way through pressure. She plays under control and protected the ball well and also showed the ability to move off the ball and get into scoring position for her [program_tooltip program_id='714654' first='NJ' last='Shoreshots'] team. She uses her length to her advantage to block shots and grab rebounds. When they saw press defense she did an excellent job moving the basketball and diving to the rim for layups. She scored at all 3 levels on Saturday at Hoop Group. She attacked and finished off the bounce, played off the ball and knocked down deep jumpers and showed the ability to get defenders on their heels and pull up in the paint for easy finishes. Her Mid-Atlantic Heat team overcame a double digit deficit thanks to Chynna's ability to handle the pressure. She got the ball up the court with speed before the pressure could setup. Once in the frontcourt she attacked the rim and finished.
