Under the bright lights in Mesa, Arizona at Arizona Athletic Grounds, the girls' side of Section 7 on June 14th delivered intensity, energy, and statement performances that turned heads from scouts and coaches alike. The day was filled with competitive fire and fearless action. College coaches lined the baselines, notebooks out and eyes locked in, as some of the nation's top prospects and under-the-radar names put on a show. Megan is a strong, versatile forward who brings a lot to the floor. She is a high IQ defender who uses her body well, communicates effectively, and consistently crashes the weak side for rebounds. On offense, she makes smart decisions with the ball and in her hands and displays great control in the half court. Her awareness and timing when attacking defenders one-on-one are impressive and show her growing confidence has a scorer.     Dawn brings a strong, physical presence in the low post. She uses her body well to seal off defenders and consistently battles for rebounds. She doesn't give up on plays and sets solid screens that create scoring opportunities. With her effort and toughness, she is more than capable of averaging a double-double on any given night.     Chiloe is a skilled guard with a quick release and range, especially from the top of the key. She makes smart, tangible contributions that elevate her teams performance and showcases strong court vision, allowing her to make the right plays at the right time.     Alyssa is a sharpshooter and mid-range and beyond the three point arc. She is an accurate passer who reads the floor well as a guard. She uses angles effectively to attack downhill and finish with control. A smart help side defender, she also changes pace well when attacking and has a knack for finishing in big moments.     Jayda is a big moment player who brings poise and precision when it matters most. As a big, she reads the court well and has a smooth, reliable mid-range jumper. She is a dominant rebounder with the ability to go coast to coast, showing confidence and control. Under pressure, she stays composed and puts the team first. With her versatility, and impact on both ends, coaches will be excited to have her. Jayda is an emerging star who is poised to be a major force in Arizona over the next few years.
