Hammer knocked down shots when given space and was comfortable putting the ball on the deck to create her own offense. What really stood out was her activity on the defensive end—quick hands, multiple steals, and constant pressure that forced bad passes. She's a physical presence on the glass with good hands and showed solid footwork in the post. What separated her was her versatility—she stepped out and confidently knocked down the perimeter jumper. She never looked rattled, stayed within the flow of the offense, and showed strong leadership and poise.
