[player_tooltip player_id='1197527' first='Kylee' last='Weaver'] was the highest riser in the 2027 rankings, leaping up 29 spots from #133 to #104.

Weaver had a great sophomore campaign for Kingston, where they reported seeing Weaver dramatically improve her game. The guard averaged 14 points per game during non-conference play, but she made a major impact in the tail-end of the regular season. Weaver starred against Founders Classical, posting 29 points and 14 rebounds.

Weaver is an exceptional player, and her numbers against Founders Classical prove that. What is even more impressive about that outing for Weaver is that she came off the bench and produced those numbers.

[player_tooltip player_id='1197527' first='Kylee' last='Weaver'], who can play both guard and forward, is expected to see an increase in production in 2025-26. She has already risen quickly in this class, but if she breaks out as a junior, her stock will continue to rise.

[player_tooltip player_id='1209080' first='Bayleigh' last='Miller'] broke out this past season, establishing herself as Warren's star. Miller jumped up from #142 to #114, moving up 28 spots, and I doubt she is finished.

Miller had some impressive performances during the season for Warren. One of her more monstrous games was against Magnolia, where she logged 27 points, 11 rebounds, and 2 blocks. She was somehow even better in another game around the same time against Stuttgart, posting 33 points, 15 rebounds, and 4 steals.

Miller can rebound at a high level, using her strength and athleticism to have a leg up on the competition down low. She is a fantastic interior finisher, having no issues scoring in the paint with the defense draped all over her. On the other end of the floor, Miller plays with active hands, taking advantage of poor passes and sloppy handles. She has also proven that she is a legitimate rim protector.

Honestly, [player_tooltip player_id='1209080' first='Bayleigh' last='Miller'] should be ranked a lot higher than she is right now. I predict that with the next ranking update, she will be well into the top 75 of the 2027 class. Another strong season could put her even higher in the ranking.

Marked Tree graduated Journi Versie and Zyonna Anderson, two incredible players. Now that they are both moving on to Williams Baptist University, it is [player_tooltip player_id='1091201' first='Alyssa' last='McGuire']'s turn.

McGuire moved up 18 spots in this ranking update. Though the rest of the state has yet to catch up, I believe [player_tooltip player_id='1091201' first='Alyssa' last='McGuire'] will be one of the best players in the entire 1A classification next season. She has already proven that she can score at a high level, putting up 40 points in a game in 2024-25.

That 40-point game against Armorel was what put McGuire on the PGH map. She hit 12 3-pointers in that game, hitting shots off the catch and the dribble, not fazed by the opposing crowd. McGuire took the hearts out of every Armorel player on the floor and every fan in attendance. That killer instinct will be very important for her this coming year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1091201' first='Alyssa' last='McGuire'] is already putting up buckets like some of the other great players in the state, and I can see why she is ranked in the top 15. The top 10 of this class is a talented bunch, but I would not be too surprised if she put herself in the conversation to be amongst that group.

Conway had a great team in 2024-25. They were essentially the best team in Arkansas during the regular season and a top 25 team in the nation. Though the Lady Wampus Cats lost much of their two-way production, [player_tooltip player_id='1091165' first='Mi'Raiyh' last='Wilson'] has already gotten important experience, and I imagine she could break out this coming season.

Wilson moved up from #130 to #112, which is no surprise considering she is projected as a starter on one of the top teams in Arkansas. Wilson is an impactful player down low and on the wing. She uses her length to grab every rebound in sight on both ends of the floor. That length is useful for Wilson on the defensive end, too.

Wilson saw time on the floor as a sophomore because of her defensive effort. She could disrupt the passing lanes, but her long arms and athleticism were particularly disruptive in the paint as she always provided solid contests.

[player_tooltip player_id='1091165' first='Mi'Raiyh' last='Wilson'] has already shown that she is a capable defender in the 6A classification. With a larger role in 2025-26, I expect to see an expanded offensive arsenal from the Conway forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='1093314' first='Lucy' last='Farmer'] is one of the more underrated guards in the 3A classification, but she continues to fly up the rankings.

Farmer moved up 12 spots, jumping from #42 to #30. She is a great scorer who can beat the defense from outside or inside. Farmer has a quick release on her jump shot, and she can get to any spot on the floor with her solid handle.

On the other end, Farmer can wreak havoc along the perimeter, stealing passes and poking balls away from opposing guards. She is also a solid floor general, being able to find teammates open in the halfcourt and on the break.

[player_tooltip player_id='1093314' first='Lucy' last='Farmer'] is in store to have a great junior season. If she does that, she will continue to move up in the 2027 rankings.
