On July 11-14th, I was able to take in the Nike Tournament of Champions West and the 3rd Session of the Nike EYBL/Champions League in Las Vegas, Nevada. There was no shortage of Arizona teams and players represented in the events. I'd like to give a shoutout to Savi Night 15U, who won their bracket by defeating Force National (OR) 49-47 in the championship game.

Here, I take a look at some of the standout players of the EYBL Session 3 that I saw.

[player_tooltip player_id='603672' first='Audrey' last='Bhesania'] (Cal Storm Team Taurasi 17U EYBL) - Bhesania was showing why she is one of the best players on the west coast. Her offensive game was on as she was hitting from different spots on the court. She played very good on the ball and weak side defense. She was so effective that it was hard for the coach to take her out of games.

[player_tooltip player_id='751754' first='Dashia' last='Richardson'] (Why Not Premier 16U EYBL) - Dashia had her full arsenal on display when I saw her. She was getting to the mid-range as well as hitting deep three-pointers. She was also getting to the free-throw line by using her body to keep defenders on her hip. Coaches should start lining up for her services.

[player_tooltip player_id='1255332' first='Brooklyn' last='Williams'] (Mountain West Premier 15U EYBL) - The point forward was one of the better 15U players that I saw throughout the weekend. She often got the rebound and initiated the offense. She did a very good job of keeping her teammates involved even while she had the hot hand. Easily one of the top incoming freshmen in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id='924686' first='Taylor' last='Morris'] (Mountain West Premier 17U EYBL) - Morris joined the 17U team and showed that she belonged. She didn't shoot much, but she battled on defense and didn't back down against the older players. With her versatile skill set, she had quite a few coaches' attention the entire weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id='1105322' first='Aryanna' last='Harrison'] (Cal Storm 16U EYBL) - Harrison showed her versatility with her length and athleticism. On defense, she guarded multiple positions and made it very difficult for the opposition to get comfortable. On offens,e she was always moving, making herself available to passers.

[player_tooltip player_id='588731' first='Irene' last='Noelle Guiamatsia'] (Cal Swish Academy 17U EYBL) - Bofia displayed the skillset that makes her currently the top player in the state. She catches everything thrown her way, she's an excellent rebounder, and an intimidating shot blocker. She also showed that her offensive game is expanding beyond the painted area.
