Dashia is suiting up for Proformance Los Angeles EYBL this summer. Tough, physical, and crafty. ELITE feel for the game. Dashia does the little things that impact winning: draws charges, dives for loose balls, etc. She can provide a spark like no other. Dashia understands how to keep the defender on her hip. Finishes well in traffic. Sees the floor well. Dangerous spot-up shooter on the perimeter. Very few weaknesses and a lot to like. Dashia impacts the game in a multitude of areas. She will be the X-factor going forward.

Richardson showed why she is one of the top point guards on the West Coast. She always seemed to be in control, and when operating, was looking at the defense behind the defender. She got to her spots and got her teammates’ good looks while she was the focal point of the defense.

Richardson did the heavy lifting at the point for Millennium. The junior logged all 36 minutes and finished with 14 points, but her impact went far beyond scoring. She controlled the tempo, made smart reads, and kept the offense organized against O’Connor’s pressure. Her decision-making and ability to handle the ball in key moments kept Millennium composed down the stretch.

The junior point guard has been the steadying force for the Tigers all season. She sacrifices her own offense for the team’s betterment. When she needs to get a bucket, she has no problem doing so from any of the three levels. Dashia is clutch and will need to keep playing that way if Millennium is to repeat as Open Division champs.

Dashia showed a high-level feel for the game. She knew when to get her teammates involved and when to look for her own offense, keeping the defense honest the entire time. Her decision-making stood out, especially in how she balanced scoring and facilitating. She had a fantastic 6 to 1 assist to turnover ratio in the win against Salpointe.

Richardson was one of the true highlights of the event. The junior point guard showed toughness and poise throughout the weekend, stepping up when her team needed her most. She consistently got to her spots offensively, using pace and control to create high-quality looks, while also demonstrating a high level of ability to distribute the ball. Her command of the game and willingness to put the team on her back caught the attention of several college coaches in attendance. Richardson looks every bit like a floor general you can build around.

The floor general set the tone all weekend. Dashia played tough, led vocally, and guided her team to an undefeated run with poise and confidence. When it came to scoring, she was ready, as she was knocking down threes and getting to the rim, punishing defenders.

Dashia emerged as a smart and tough point guard who can slice into the paint almost at will. Her knack for creating opportunities out of tight defensive sets made her a standout. Dashia’s improved outside shooting and ability to read defenses make her a coach’s dream at the point.

Dashia continued to build her resume with some stellar play. She did a very good job of balancing getting her own shot and keeping her teammates involved. She was getting to good spots on the floor at will and controlling the tempo. Richardson is one of the best at using her body to create separation from defenders.

Richardson continued to demonstrate why she is one of the fastest-rising prospects in her class in the state. She played at an excellent pace and wisely picked her spots when to be aggressive. She was one of the better passers at the event.
