She always has the speed advantage in her matchups downlow, she really excels at catching the ball and attacking or hitting a quick turnaround jumper.

Ava is dominant on both sides of the ball in the painted area; she can protect the rim by swatting shots and posting players up for easy points. One area of her game that isn't talked as much is her ability to rebound for her team and kick it back out to her teammates and she hardly ever loses the rebound battle.

LaDasha is what you would want in a traditional big when it comes to paint dominance, she positions her body well, she boxes out when she rebounds, she keeps the ball high out of the way of defenders. She is just so textbook and fundamentally sound, not to mention her impressive footwork downlow. LaDasha has collegiate level poise at an early on in her career and she will only improve as she goes.

McKinlee is a bully in the paint, bumping players off of her left and right. On offense, she is just physically too strong for players to guard consistently; she breaks them down as the game goes on. Defensively, she's like an immovable force; players have a lot of trouble trying to back her down.

Toriyn uses her long frame to deny players the ball and snatch overhead passes and lobs to post players out of the air. She also has quick hands; when the ball touches her matchup's hand, she's already poking it out and going the other way with it. Her length, mixed with her speed and athleticism, easily makes her one of the most underrated post players in Louisiana. Toriyn is very versatile, and coaches should take notice!
