Exposure Fall League: Championship and Rising Talent Games Recap

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This past weekend was Championship Weekend for several of the leagues in Memphis. I dedicated this day to the middle school players. I hadn't evaluated them in a few weeks. So it was overdue to watch them play again.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>My plan was to only watch the Rising Talent All Star game. However, I arrived at the gym right when the championship game was starting. That gave me the opportunity to watch Marlee Johnson play. For some reason, she was left uncontested twice for three point shots. She drained them both. She isn't limited to 3 point shots. On a possession, she attacked with her left hand for a bucket.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><br>One of my favorite parts about the Rising Talent game was the early matchup of post players: Zoie Channels and Faith Edgeston.&nbsp; Quickness vs Power! She didn't make many shots. However, she is so active that she is always around the ball and in the middle of the action. She only had 2 points. The 3 point shot seems to be her favorite. However, she will attack to the basket. She plays primarily as the point guard. She has a strong frame and agile footwork when attacking through traffic.
